Misha is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who provides counselling and assessment services for youth, adults, and couples. She has over 10 years of experience supporting people experiencing trauma and related mental health concerns. She is passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds, and is fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi.
Misha is a client-centered therapist, who combines different techniques to tailor treatment for each individual. Her desire to help others comes from her own journey with mental health, trauma, and illness. Misha combines her lived experience and professional training to help clients find meaning and purpose in times of adversity. She believes that small steps lead to sustainable change, and collaborates with clients to create achievable goals in therapy.
When she’s not at Solasta, Misha is usually spending time with her family and friends or watching funny cat videos. She enjoys outdoor activities and loves taking her quirky cat on walks
